Beth Wieland

Beth and Joe Wieland are from Scottsdale, Arizona. They have a 17 month old boy and another boy on the way! Beth is a Physical Therapist by trade and runs her own skincare business! And Joe plays professional baseball. Their favorite things are playing golf and going out to breakfast. 

This Beth and Joe’s first experience getting involved with social justice work and anti-human trafficking. They are excited to get involved in charity, serving others and spread awareness of world issues such as human trafficking. Beth and Joe will eventually travel to India to meet the women they’ve continue to pour their hearts, prayers and gifts into. Beth and Joe were/are long time donors of Mission 108 before becoming Board members.

Fun Fact: Beth and Joe have lived in three different countires in the past three years.


Courtney Evans

Courtney Evans was the previous Global Partnerships Director at Mission 108 for two years. Courtney went to school with Robbie and Brittany and saw Mission 108 grow from serving the homeless population during Christmas in 2010 to the international organization that it is today.

Courtney has been to India 3 times to visit the team and Nai Asha. Each time her love and passion for Mission 108’s work grows. Seeing the direct impact that Mission 108 has on the ground and the lives that it changes is the most inspiring. Courtney currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts but continues to support Mission 108 from the Northeast by being a proud board member.

Fun Fact: Courtney and Brittany are long time friends, and Courtney (aka Coco) was a bridesmaid in Brittany’s wedding.


Hunter VanArsdall

Hunter VanArsdall is from the beautiful horse capital of the world, Lexington KY. He is married to his wonderful husband, John Travis of 3 years! Love is love! Hunter is a firm believer in doing what makes you most happy.

For work he surrounds himself with Real Estate. He works as a Property Manager for a large management company, while building his own investment portfolio. When Mission 108 was brought to Hunter’s attention, he immediately felt a push to help. Anti- Human Trafficking was always something he wanted to invest time into it. It has been important to give what him and his family can to see an impact.

Hunter’s favorite thing is to travel every opportunity he can.

Fun fact: Hunter has a black lab named Dolly Parton and a weener dog named Weenie. He was also named “most likely to know all of the Amercrombie employees in a first name basis in the Fayette Mall” in high school.


Brooke Williams

Brooke Williams is a board member for Mission 108 and yoga teacher in Lexington, KY. She came to India on Mission 108's trip in January of 2019, and went back on her own in November the same year. She plans to host a yoga retreat in India in the fal…

Brooke Williams is a board member for Mission 108 and yoga teacher in Lexington, KY. She came to India on Mission 108's trip in January of 2019, and went back on her own in November the same year. She plans to host a yoga retreat in India in the fall of 2021. Her role as a board member includes managing social media and correspondence, fundraising, and advising our ambassadors. She has a Masters in English from Morehead State University and a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Kentucky.

Fun fact: Brooke has a female cat named Bob.


Marilyn Lyons

Marilyn Lyons began volunteering for Mission 108 in 2012 helping the Ross’ serve their local community.  She joined the Board of Directors in 2016 when Mission 108 was reorganized as a nonprofit 501(C)3. In 2017, Marilyn had the privilege to visit India with Mission 108. Volunteering with Mission 108 allows her to be to be a part of something bigger than herself. Mission 108 is impacting change on a global scale. Marilyn’s involvement with Mission 108 provides her with the opportunity to use her skills and knowledge to indirectly empower people all across the world.

Marilyn has served as a volunteer for numerous nonprofits in her community for over twenty years. She has worked mostly with young girls. Marilyn is a strong advocate for young women and believes mentoring helps empower and encourage young women to achieve their dreams.   

Marilyn has a distinguished career as a data analyst and currently serves as the Director for Institutional Assessment and Data Reporting at Frontier Nursing University.  She has degrees in Anthropology and Educational Policy Studies. She has earned certificates in leadership, business programming, and diversity and equity.             

Fun Fact: Marilyn recently learned metalsmithing and started a new business on Etsy and enjoys sunrise hikes in the Arizona mountains with the love of her life.

Caroline Breeden

Caroline Young I am a relentless hope chaser with a passion to see others set free! My degree is in Childhood Education, but have a wide range of experience. I recently worked as a Trip Coordinator for a nonprofit conducting domestic and international missions out of Chattanooga, Tennessee. I have partnered with several organizations around the world to work with at-risk youth, spread the game of baseball, and ultimately share hope. I currently live in Hawaii and volunteer weekly to mentor a youth through a local organization who’s goal is to fight and prevent human trafficking. I have visited 19 countries and have had the privilege of living in 4! I am passionate about the vision of Mission108 because it serves to actively engage, protect, and prevent Human Trafficking. I am so thankful to have gone to India with Mission108 in 2019, and really appreciate the values and intentionality of the organization. Mission108 builds relationships that empower and ignite for the purpose of showing the world that we all belong to each other — who doesn’t get excited about that?!

Fun fact: I’ve been cage diving with Great White sharks in South Africa! Orrr that she is slightly obsessed with Taco Bell...hahah


Rachel Elam

Rachel Elam grew up in Lexington, KY and graduated from Georgetown College in 2018 with a bachelors of science degree in Business with an emphasis in Management. She also studied fashion design abroad at the Istituto Europeo di Design where she fulfilled her minor in the arts of fashion and has since been working towards her achievement on becoming a financial advisor and entrepreneur in the bluegrass state of Lexington, Ky.

Rachel found discovered Mission 108 on instagram while overseas and was passionate about helping. She has been using her platform on Instagram to advocate for Mission 108 and the survivors of human trafficking.

Fun fact: In her free time she is an avid runner and loves to travel.


Trevor Rapp

Trevor Joel Rapp is a Photographer, Marketing/Media Assistant, Business Owner, and Freelancer. 

Trevor traveled to India with Mission 108 and vsited Nai Asha. He works with the team as Mission 108’s photographer and videographer. Trevor is passionate about missions & children and has a heart in creating change for orphans, refugees, and at-risk kids. 

Trevor cares so much about Mission 108 because “the work they do is real. Lives are at stake and people matter". It’s about the one and valuing the one”.

Fun fact: Trevor has been to 53 countries and counting! He absolutely LOVES to travel and has learned the most in life through traveling, and the people he has met.
